IBPS – Specialist Officer (SO) Recruitment 2025 (1007 Vacancies, Last Date Extended)
The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has announced the CRP SPL-XV recruitment for Specialist Officers in various disciplines for the year 2025. A total of 1007 vacancies are available across IT, Agriculture, Law, HR, Marketing, and Rajbhasha Officer positions. The last date for online application and fee payment has been extended to 28 July 2025.

Agriculture Field Officer (AFO) – 310 posts
- Qualification: 4-year degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Dairy Science, Fishery Science, or related fields

Rajbhasha Adhikari – 78 posts
- Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Hindi with English as a subject at graduation level OR Postgraduate degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at graduation level

Law Officer – 56 posts
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) and enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council

HR/Personnel Officer – 10 posts
- Qualification: Graduate with 2-year full-time Post Graduate degree or PG Diploma in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, HR, HRD, Social Work, or Labour Law

Marketing Officer (MO) – 350 posts
- Qualification: Graduate with 2-year full-time MMS (Marketing), MBA (Marketing), PGDBA, PGDBM, PGPM, or PGDM with specialization in Marketing

- Pay scale: ₹48,480 – ₹85,920
Selection Process
The selection process will be conducted in three stages – Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, and Interview. The final selection will be based on the combined performance in the Main Exam and Interview.
