The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the Common Recruitment Process notification CRP PO/MT-XV dated 1 July 2025 for the recruitment of Probationary Officers and Management Trainees in participating banks. A total of 5208 vacancies are available across various banks in India. The last date for online application and fee payment has been extended to 28 July 2025.

Vacancy Details
Probationary Officer / Management Trainee – 5208 posts
- Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university
- Age limit: 20 to 30 years as on 1 July 2025 (age relaxation as per government rules)
- Pay scale: ₹48,480 – ₹85,920 per month plus allowances
Selection Process
The selection will be conducted in three phases:
- Preliminary Examination – Objective-type online test qualifying for Mains
- Main Examination – Includes objective and descriptive tests
- Interview – Conducted by participating banks and coordinated by IBPS
The final selection will be based on performance in the Main Examination and Interview.
