Qualifications & Experience:
- Duty Manager - Passenger: Graduate with 16 years’ experience in relevant field, max age 55 years.
- Duty Officer - Passenger: Graduate with 12 years’ experience in relevant field, max age 50 years.
- Customer Service Executive / Jr. Customer Service Executive: Graduate/10+2 with preference for experience in Airline/GHA/Cargo/Airline Ticketing, max age 28 years.
- Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver: SSC/10th Standard Pass, must carry original valid HMV Driving License, max age 28 years.
- Handyman / Handywoman: SSC/10th Standard Pass, ability to read and understand English, max age 28 years.
Selection Procedure:
- Duty Manager / Duty Officer - Passenger: Personal/Virtual Interview, with final selection based on total marks secured in the interview.
- Customer Service Executive / Jr. Customer Service Executive: Personal/Virtual Interview, possibly with Group Discussion.
- Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver: Trade Test (Trade Knowledge and Driving test), followed by Interview.
- Handyman / Handywoman: Physical Endurance Test (like Weight lifting, running), followed by Interview.
