Haryana State Electronics Development Corporation Ltd. (HARTRON) is inviting online applications for empanelment of IT professionals on a rolling basis. The panel is updated every alternate month. Eligible candidates can apply for a maximum of two posts per cycle.

🧾 Post-wise Eligibility & Remuneration
1. Software Developer & Mobile App Developer (ASP.NET / PHP / JAVA)
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/ MCA/ M.Sc (CS/IT) or equivalent with 60%
- Experience: 5+ years in Java (Struts/Spring), Oracle/SQL OR .NET (MVC)
- Remuneration: ₹65,000/month
2. Junior Software Developer (PHP)
- Qualification: Same as above
- Experience: Knowledge of PHP development
- Remuneration: ₹42,000/month
3. Senior System Analyst
- Qualification: Same as Programmer (see below)
- Experience: 5+ years as System Analyst
- Remuneration: ₹61,500/month
4. System Analyst
- Qualification: Same as Programmer
- Experience: 5+ years as Programmer
- Remuneration: ₹56,100/month
5. Programmer
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (CS/IT) or equivalent with 60%
- Skills: .NET, JAVA/J2EE, WebSphere, PHP, Angular, SQL Server, Oracle
- Remuneration: ₹35,400/month
6. Networking Engineer
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (CS/IT) or equivalent with 60%
- Certification: MCSE/CCNA/Linux etc.
- Experience: 1 year in LAN/WAN/Internet support
- Remuneration: ₹35,400/month
7. Junior Programmer
- Qualification: Graduate (55%) + PGDCA / BCA / B.Sc. (IT/CS) / 3-year diploma in IT
- Remuneration: ₹24,100/month
8. Networking Assistant
- Qualification: 3-year diploma in CS/IT/ECE OR BCA/B.Sc. (IT/CS)
- Experience: 1 year in electronics/IT support
- Preference: MCP/MSCE/Linux/Networking+ certifications
- Remuneration: ₹24,100/month

🧪 Selection Process
1st Test:
- Computer-based domain knowledge test
- Valid for 1 year if passed
Training:
- 1-month training (50 hrs) at Ambala or Gurugram
- Attendance ≥75% required
- Security deposit: ₹1500 (refundable based on conditions)
2nd Test:
- Practical project test (MVC mandatory for developers)
- 2 attempts allowed
- Result declared post evaluation

📌 Additional Instructions
- A candidate can apply for maximum 2 posts, within the same category
- Training rescheduling allowed for valid reasons (max 3 months)
- Panel will be based on combined performance of both tests
- Final selection will consider merit + reservation roster
- PwBD and ESM reservation benefits will apply as per Haryana Govt. norms
- HARTRON reserves the right to alter the number of posts or process
