- Jr. Officer - Passenger: Graduate with 9 years’ experience or Graduate with MBA and 6 years’ aviation experience. Age Limit: 35 years (with age relaxation for OBC, SC/ST).
- Customer Service Executive: Graduate with preference for experience in Airline/GHA/Cargo/Airline Ticketing. Age Limit: 28 years (with age relaxation).
- Jr. Customer Service Executive, Ramp Service Executive, Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver, Handyman/Handywoman: Specific qualifications vary, typically requiring 10+2, ITI, or Diploma in relevant fields. Age limits and experience requirements also vary.
Selection Procedure:
- Varies by position, generally includes Personal/Virtual Interview, Group Discussion, Trade Test, and Physical Endurance Test.
