🏛️ PFRDA Officer Grade A Recruitment 2025 — 20 Vacancies | Apply by 6th August
The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) has released an official recruitment notification (Advt. No. 01/2025) for the post of Officer Grade ‘A’ (Assistant Manager). The recruitment is being conducted across multiple streams including General, Legal, Finance & Accounts, IT, Research, Actuarial, and Official Language. A total of 20 vacancies are available.

📅 Important Dates:
- Online application starts from 23rd June 2025.
- The last date to submit the application form is 6th August 2025.
- Phase-I Online Examination is scheduled for 6th September 2025.
- Phase-II Online Examination is tentatively scheduled for 6th October 2025.

💰 Application Fee:
- Candidates belonging to Unreserved, OBC, and EWS categories need to pay ₹1000 (inclusive of GST).
- SC, ST, PwBD, and Women candidates are exempted from the fee.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit:
Applicants must not have exceeded 30 years of age as on 31st July 2025. That is, candidates should be born on or after 1st August 1995. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government rules.
Educational Qualification:
- For the General stream, candidates should have a Master’s degree in any discipline, or a Bachelor’s degree in Law or Engineering, or be a qualified CA, CFA, or CS.
- For Finance & Accounts, a graduation degree along with ACA, FCA, ACS, FCS, or CFA is required.
- For Information Technology, a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or Computer Science Engineering, or MCA, or specialization in AI/ML is required.
- For Research (Economics or Statistics), a Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Commerce, Finance, MBA, or Econometrics is required.
- For Actuarial stream, candidates must be graduates and must have passed or been exempted from all 7 Core Principle subjects of the Institute of Actuaries of India (IAI) examination.
- For the Legal stream, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- For the Official Language stream (Rajbhasha), candidates must have a Master’s degree in Hindi with English as one of the subjects at the Bachelor’s level. Alternatively, Master’s in Sanskrit, Economics, or Commerce with Hindi at the Bachelor’s level is also acceptable.

💼 Pay Scale:
The selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of ₹44,500 to ₹89,150 per month. Including allowances, the gross monthly salary is expected to exceed ₹1,00,000.

📝 Selection Process:
The selection process will consist of:
- Phase I: Online exam including objective and descriptive papers.
- Phase II: Stream-specific online exam.
- Final stage: Interview.
Final selection will be based on Phase II and Interview performance.
