Technical Manager (Mechanical) – 01 Post
💸 Salary: Up to ₹1,25,000/month
📘 Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
⭐ Desirable: BEE Certified Energy Auditor / GHG Lead Verifier
🛠️ Experience: 5–10 years in steel plant – maintenance, production, training
🧪 Responsibilities: Energy audit, safety inspection, mechanical testing, training
Technical Manager (Metallurgy) – 01 Post
💸 Salary: Up to ₹1,25,000/month
📘 Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Metallurgy
⭐ Desirable: Same as above
🛠️ Experience: 5–10 years in operation, quality control, training in steel industry
🧪 Responsibilities: Chemical & metallography testing, energy & safety audits
Technical Manager (Electrical / Electronics & Instrumentation) – 01 Post
💸 Salary: Up to ₹1,25,000/month
📘 Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation
⭐ Desirable: Same as above
🛠️ Experience: 5–10 years in energy systems, maintenance, power
🧪 Responsibilities: Power system audits, training, equipment testing
HR Manager – 01 Post
💸 Salary: Up to ₹1,00,000/month
📘 Qualification: Graduation + MBA (HR) – Regular
🛠️ Experience: 3–5 years post-qualification in HR & Admin
🗂️ Responsibilities: Talent acquisition, compliance, estate mgmt., vigilance, RTI, policy planning
Technical Assistant to Director – 01 Post
💸 Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month
📘 Qualification: Engineering Graduate (preferably Mech./Mett./Elect.)
⭐ Desirable: Good communication, MS Office & PPT skills
🛠️ Experience: 1–3 years in Iron and Steel industry
🗂️ Responsibilities: Report drafting, tech coordination, data compilation, correspondence

👥 General Conditions
- Max Age: 35 years as of 01.06.2025 (Relaxation as per Govt. rules)
- Tenure: Minimum 3 years (1+2), extendable by 3 more years based on performance
- Job Location: Primarily at NISST, Mandi Gobindgarh. Transferable across India.
- Benefits: Medical & accidental insurance provided. TA/DA for interview will be reimbursed.
- Note: These are temporary/contractual posts and do not confer rights for regular absorption.
