Junior Hindi Translator (Post Code 1001)
- Vacancies: 1 (UR)
- Pay Level: 6 (₹35,400–1,12,400)
- Approx. Total Emoluments: ₹64,740 per month
- Upper age limit: 30 years
Junior Secretariat Assistant
- General (Post Code 2001)
  - Vacancies: 4 (UR, incl. 1 EWS)
- Finance & Accounts (2002)
  - Vacancies: 2 (UR)
- Stores & Purchase (2003)
  - Vacancies: 3 (2 UR; 1 PwBD-LV)
- Pay Level: 2 (₹19,900–63,200)
- Approx. Total Emoluments: ₹36,220 per month
- Upper age limit: 28 years
Junior Stenographer (Post Code 3001)
- Vacancies: 6 (4 UR incl. 1 EWS; 2 OBC-NCL)
- Pay Level: 4 (₹25,500–81,100)
- Approx. Total Emoluments: ₹47,415 per month
- Upper age limit: 27 years

Essential Qualifications

Junior Hindi Translator
- Master’s in Hindi or English (with the other as compulsory/elective or medium of examination), and
- Diploma/Certificate in translation (Hindi↔English) or 2 years’ translation experience in a Government office.
Junior Secretariat Assistant (Gen/F\&A/S\&P)
- 10+2 (or equivalent) and
- Computer typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi (as per DoPT norms).
Junior Stenographer (Hindi/English)
- 10+2 (or equivalent) and
- Proficiency in stenography (80 w.p.m. dictation, 50 min transcription for English; 65 min for Hindi).

Reservation & Age Relaxation

OBC (NCL): +3 years
SC/ST: +5 years (for reserved posts)
PwBD (Unreserved): +10 years (total relaxable up to 15 years for SC/ST PwBD, 13 years for OBC PwBD)
Ex-Servicemen: +3 years (after deduction of service rendered)
Widows/Divorced Women (UR/OBC): up to 35 years
CSIR/Govt. employees (for JHT): +5 years; no age limit for CSIR employees applying for JSA/Steno posts.

Candidates must upload valid caste/PwBD/ESM certificates in the prescribed GoI formats at the time of application.

Selection Procedure

Junior Hindi Translator:
- Paper-I (Objective): General Intelligence, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness
- Paper-II (Descriptive): Paragraph‐writing, precis, translation (Eng↔Hin).
- Only Paper-II marks determine final merit (Paper-II evaluated for those who clear Paper-I).
Junior Secretariat Assistant:
- Paper-I (Mental Ability Test) – qualifying
- Paper-II (General Awareness & English) – merit
- Computer typing test (Hindi/English) – qualifying
- Final ranking based on Paper-II marks among those who qualify the typing test.
Junior Stenographer:
- One Paper (Objective): General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness, English Language & Comprehension
- Stenography test (dictation + transcription) – qualifying
- Final ranking based on objective test marks among those who qualify stenography.

Tie‐breakers: fewer negative marks → older candidate → earlier degree completion → alphabetical order.

Application Fee

₹500 for UR/OBC/EWS
Nil for SC/ST/Women/PwBD/Ex-servicemen
Payment via State Bank Collect (UPI, net-banking, credit/debit cards)
Fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted.

Read instructions carefully, then complete the online application (17 Jun–07 Jul 2025).
Upload scanned PDF of all required certificates (in order):
- Proof of DOB (10th certificate & mark-sheet)
- Educational certificates (10+2, degrees, mark-sheets)
- Translation diploma/experience (for JHT)
- Aadhaar card, caste/PwBD/ESM certificates (if applicable)
- No Objection & Vigilance Certificate (CSIR/Govt. emp., if applicable)
- Any other relevant documents.
Pay the application fee online (if applicable).
Keep print-out of application & payment receipt for your records.

Note: Only one application per candidate. Incomplete or multiple applications will be rejected.

Candidates must ensure they meet all essential qualifications and age limits by 07 July 2025.
