Vacancy Details & Eligibility
1. Sub Assistant Engineer (Civil) – 78 Posts
- Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
- Age Limit: Not more than 37 years as on 1 January 2025.
2. Sub Assistant Engineer (Electrical) – 19 Posts
- Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
- Age Limit: Not more than 37 years.
3. Sub Assistant Engineer (Mechanical) – 28 Posts
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
- Age Limit: Not more than 37 years.
(Age relaxations are applicable for reserved categories as per West Bengal Government rules.)

Selection Process
The selection will be based on a written examination followed by an interview. The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of performance in both stages.
