🎓 Educational Qualification
- Navik (General Duty): 12th pass with Maths and Physics from a recognized board.
- Navik (Domestic Branch): 10th pass from a recognized board.
- Yantrik (All Branches): 10th pass and Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, or 12th pass and Diploma in relevant trade.

💼 Salary Details
- Navik (GD & DB): ₹21,700/- per month (Level-3 Pay Matrix)
- Yantrik: ₹29,200/- per month (Level-5 Pay Matrix)
In addition to basic pay, candidates will receive allowances, free ration, medical facilities, uniform, insurance, and more.

The selection is based on an all-India merit list derived through multiple stages:
- Stage I: Computer-Based Online Exam
- Stage II: Physical Fitness Test (PFT), Document Verification, Medical
- Stage III: Final Document Verification and Medical at INS Chilka
- Stage IV: Joining and final training procedures
