Selected candidates will undergo one year of training and will receive a consolidated stipend. Upon successful completion of training, they will be absorbed as:

- Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000/-
- Additional benefits such as DA, HRA, Performance Pay, Medical benefits, PF, and Gratuity will also be applicable.

The selection will be based on:
- GATE Score (2022 / 2023 / 2024) in the relevant engineering discipline
- Personal Interview for shortlisted candidates
Candidates without a valid GATE score in the relevant year will not be eligible.
