- Executive Assistant: Graduation in any discipline, max age 25 years, pay scale ₹30,000–₹1,20,000
- Junior Executive (Civil, Mechanical, Quality Control): Diploma/B.Sc. Chemistry, max age 25 years, pay ₹30,000–₹1,20,000
- Engineers (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical): Full-time engineering degree, max age 25 years, pay ₹50,000–₹1,60,000
- Chartered Accountant: CA with graduation, max age 27 years, pay ₹50,000–₹1,60,000
- HR Officer: Postgraduate or MBA in HR-related field, max age 27 years
- Law Officer: 3 or 5-year full-time law degree, max age 26 years
- Safety Officers (Uttar Pradesh and Tamil Nadu): Engineering + diploma in Industrial Safety + regional language knowledge
- Senior Officers (CGD, Sales, Non-Fuel Business): Engineering and/or MBA, age range 28–32 years
- Manager, DGM, GM roles: Higher experience and qualifications required in engineering, MBA, or specialized disciplines. Salary ranges up to ₹2,80,000 per month or ₹36 lakh annually for cyber security posts.
