Educational Qualification:
Candidates must hold a B.E./B.Tech, MCA, Postgraduate Degree in Engineering/Technology, or Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
Age Limit:
The maximum age limit is 56 years as on the last date of application submission for deputation-based appointments.
Pay Scale:
- Scientist D: ₹78,800 – ₹2,09,200 (Level 12)
- Scientist E: ₹1,23,100 – ₹2,15,900 (Level 13)
- Scientist F: ₹1,31,100 – ₹2,16,600 (Level 13A)
