🔍 About the Opportunity:
District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), SAS Nagar (Mohali) is inviting applications for the appointment of Para Legal Volunteers (PLVs) on a voluntary (honorary) basis. If you have the will to serve society and help bridge the gap between the legal system and the public, this is your chance to contribute meaningfully.
This opportunity is being provided under the revised Legal Services Authority Scheme.

🟡 Eligible Candidates (from the following categories):
- Teachers (including retired teachers)
- Retired Government servants and senior citizens
- M.S.W. students and teachers
- Anganwadi workers
- Doctors/Physicians
- Students & Law Students (till they enroll as lawyers)
- Members of non-political, service-oriented NGOs and Clubs
- Members of Women Neighborhood Groups, Maithri Sanghams, and other Self Help Groups (including marginalized/vulnerable groups)
- Educated prisoners with good behavior (serving long-term sentences)
- Any individual with a desire for social service

💰 Remuneration:
- The position is voluntary (non-salaried).
- However, an honorarium or remuneration may be given as per guidelines in specific tasks.
