Educational Qualification:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks (for General/EWS/OBC) and 55% marks (for SC/ST/PwBD) from a recognized university.
Age Limit (as on 01 May 2025):
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 25 years
- Candidates must have been born between 02 May 2000 and 01 May 2005 (both dates inclusive).
- Age relaxation applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.

💼 Stipend & Career Progression
Selected candidates will undergo a 6-month training period, followed by a 2-month internship. During training and internship, a stipend will be paid. After successful completion, candidates will be appointed as Junior Assistant Manager (Grade ‘O’) in IDBI Bank on a fixed CTC basis.
