- Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess one of the following – CA, ICWA, M.Com, or MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.
- Age Limit: Maximum age is 40 years as on the last date of application.
- Pay Scale: ₹35,700 – ₹82,100 per month, plus Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Conveyance Allowance (CLA), Medical Benefits, and Leave Travel Concession (LTC) as per company rules.
2. Deputy Superintendent of Establishment (ST Category Only)
- Total Vacancies: 5
- Educational Qualification: The candidate should have completed a full-time two-year postgraduate degree in MSW (Master of Social Work), MLW (Master in Labour Welfare), or MBA (HR) from a recognized university.
- Age Limit: Maximum age is 40 years.
- Pay Scale: ₹35,700 – ₹82,100 per month, plus admissible allowances and benefits.
