✍️ Position Details
The position available is for the post of Data Entry Operator.
Candidates must have completed graduation from a recognized university. They should possess good typing skills, solid knowledge of computers, and proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications. Having at least one year of work experience is preferable.
The maximum age limit for applicants is 27 years.
The consolidated monthly salary for the post is ₹23,220.

🧩 Selection Process
A multiple-choice question (MCQ) based written examination will be conducted. It will assess the candidate’s knowledge in areas such as current affairs, general knowledge, English language skills, aptitude and reasoning, mathematics, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Candidates who qualify in the written test will be shortlisted and called for the skill test.

📑 Documents Required
At the time of the interview, candidates must bring photocopies as well as original documents for verification. The following documents are required:
- Updated resume and two recent passport-size photographs (mandatory).
- Proof of date of birth (Birth Certificate, School Leaving Certificate, or 10th Class Certificate).
- Educational qualification documents (mark sheets and final degree certificates).
- Experience certificates:
- For past employment: Joining and relieving letters.
- For current employment: Appointment letter and latest salary slip.
- Identity proofs such as PAN card and Aadhaar card.
Candidates must ensure that all documents are authentic and original documents must be presented for verification.

⚙️ General Terms and Conditions
- Age and experience will be calculated as of the date of the walk-in interview.
- Age relaxation will be provided to candidates belonging to reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC) as per Government of India norms.
- The post offered is purely on a contractual basis for a period of one year from the date of joining.
- Candidates will not be entertained at the venue either before or after the scheduled date and time.
- Meeting eligibility criteria does not guarantee a call for the written test, interview, or skill test.
- The institution reserves the right to set minimum eligibility standards and restrict the number of candidates called for each stage based on qualifications and experience.
- Providing false information or suppression of relevant facts will lead to disqualification at any stage of the recruitment process.
- Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification.
- Posting will be either at New Chandigarh or Sangrur, depending on institutional requirements.
- The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased as per the requirement of the institution.
