Recruitment Overview
The Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UKSSSC) has invited online applications for the post of Assistant Development Officer (ADO) under advertisement number 71/2025. Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following fields:
- Economics (B.A.)
- Commerce (B.Com.)
- Agriculture (B.Sc. Agri.)
The degree must be from a recognized university or institution.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 42 years
- Age will be calculated as on 1 July 2025.
- Relaxation in upper age limit will be provided to reserved categories as per Uttarakhand Government rules.

Pay Scale
Selected candidates will be offered a salary in Level 5 of the Pay Matrix, i.e., ₹29,200 – ₹92,300/- per month, along with applicable allowances and benefits.

Application Fee
- ₹300 for candidates belonging to General (UR) and OBC categories.
- ₹150 for candidates belonging to SC/ST/EWS and Persons with Disabilities (PH).
- The fee is to be paid through online mode only.

Selection Process
Candidates will be selected based on performance in a written examination, which is scheduled to be conducted on 31 August 2025. The examination will test relevant domain knowledge and general aptitude. Detailed syllabus and exam pattern are available in the official notification.
