Position: Village Data Volunteer (VDV).
Educational Qualification: Minimum Class XII pass. Preference for candidates with basic education and functional literacy to perform data collection tasks effectively.
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in using mobile applications, digital tools, and smart devices like smartphones and tablets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Extensive travel.
- Profiling villages in the cluster.
- Comprehensive household data collection.
- Census listing and updates.
- Collecting data for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
- Other activities as required by the Government of Meghalaya.
- Ensuring data synchronization with the central server/data repository.
Age Limit: 18-35 years.
Preferred Language: Khasi, Garo, and Jaintia.
Number of Vacancies: Approximately 1100 positions across various blocks in Meghalaya.
Monthly Emolument: INR 3,000 (fixed).
