πΌ Job Title: Deputy Administrative Officer
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate from a recognized university.
- Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Personnel Management, Human Resource Management, or Healthcare Management from a reputed institution.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant administrative experience in a supervisory role in a Government office, university, technical institution, or a reputed organization.
- Experience may include handling activities related to examinations, academics, establishment, general administration, R&D, student affairs, and accounts.
- Should be experienced in computerized administration and financial matters.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent is essential.
Age Limit:
Up to 40 years
Salary:
βΉ50,000/- to βΉ60,000/- per month (consolidated)

- Updated Resume and two recent passport-size photographs (mandatory).
- Proof of Date of Birth β Birth Certificate, School Leaving Certificate, or SSC Certificate.
- Educational Qualifications β Mark sheets and certificates of final examinations.

- Previous Employment: Certificate showing date of joining and relieving.
- Current Employment: Appointment letter and latest pay slip.
- Copy of PAN Card and Aadhar Card.

- If the number of candidates is large, a Multiple-Choice Question (MCQ) test may be conducted.
- Based on test performance, shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview.
