Educational Qualification:
- Management Trainee (Digital Technology):
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication or
- MCA with 60% marks in both Graduation and MCA.
- Management Trainee (Research and Analysis):
- Postgraduate in Economics from a recognized institution.
- Management Trainee (Rajbhasha):
- Graduation & Master’s Degree in Hindi or English with Hindi as a subject at Degree level.
- Management Trainee (Legal):
- Graduate Degree in Law (LLB) or Integrated LLB course from a recognized university.
- Deputy Manager (Legal) – Grade I:
- Graduate Degree in Law (LLB).
- Deputy Manager (Deputy Compliance Officer) – Grade I:
- Associate Membership (ACS) of the ICSI & Regular Graduation.
- Chief Manager (Compliance Officer) – Grade III:
- Associate Membership (ACS) of the ICSI & Regular Graduation.
Age Limit (as on 28 February 2025):
- Management Trainee Posts: Maximum 28 years.
- Deputy Manager (Legal & Compliance Officer): Maximum 30 years.
- Chief Manager (Compliance Officer): Maximum 40 years.
Pay Scale:
- Deputy Manager (Legal & Compliance Officer): Rs. 48,480 - 85,920/-
- Chief Manager (Compliance Officer): Rs. 85,920 - 1,05,280/-

The selection process includes:
- Written Examination – Candidates will need to qualify for the CBT (Computer-Based Test).
