HARTRON invites online applications for the updation of the panel of IT professionals on a rolling basis. Eligible candidates can apply for various IT professional roles every alternate month.
Available Positions:
HARTRON is seeking qualified candidates for the following roles:
Software Developer and Mobile Application Developer (ASP.NET/PHP/JAVA)
Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in any stream, M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), MCA, or ‘B’/’C’ Level course from DOE/NIELIT with at least 60% marks. Alternatively, candidates with an M.Sc. in Physics/Mathematics/Statistics with 60% marks along with a PGDCA (60% marks) are also eligible. A minimum of five years of relevant experience in Java (Struts/Spring), Oracle/SQL, or .NET with MVC, SQL, and PHP is required. The remuneration for this role is ₹65,000 per month.
System Analyst (ASP.NET/PHP/JAVA)
Candidates should meet the qualifications required for the Programmer role, with a minimum of five years’ experience as a Programmer. The remuneration for this role is ₹56,100 per month.
Programmer (ASP.NET/PHP/JAVA)
Candidates must possess a B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in any stream, M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), MCA, or ‘B’/’C’ Level course from DOE/NIELIT with at least 60% marks. Alternatively, candidates with an M.Sc. in Physics/Mathematics/Statistics with 60% marks and a PGDCA with 60% marks are also eligible. The candidate should have knowledge of software development in .NET, JAVA/J2EE, WebSphere, PHP, Angular Java, MySQL, and Linux/VB along with expertise in MS Access/SQL Server/Oracle. The remuneration for this role is ₹35,400 per month.
DTP Operator
Candidates must have 10+2 (50% marks) with a one-year course in Desktop Publishing or a Graduation degree with a six-month full-time certificate course in Desktop Publishing. One year of experience in designing print media such as advertisements, brochures, and newsletters using CorelDRAW, PageMaker, Adobe Premiere, and Photoshop is required. The remuneration for this role is ₹23,400 per month.
Recruitment and Selection Process:
HARTRON follows a rolling recruitment system where candidates can apply every alternate month according to the following schedule:
- First week of every alternate month – The requirement is updated on the portal, and eligible candidates can fill out the online application form.
- Second week of the month – Admit cards are issued.
- Third week of the month – A Domain Knowledge Test is conducted, followed by document verification for candidates who clear the test. The list of eligible candidates is displayed on the portal for training.
- Fourth week of the month – Candidates who qualify will be required to pay a refundable security deposit of ₹1,500 and finalize their training schedule.
Training and Final Selection:
Candidates who qualify in the first test and complete the document verification process must undergo mandatory training at IDDC, Ambala, and HMSDC, Gurugram for one month before appearing in the final test.
- The training will be conducted on Saturdays and Sundays or on weekdays based on candidate availability.
- A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory to qualify for the second test.
- Candidates can appear for the second (practical/project) test only after completing the training.
- The final selection is based on merit, considering performance in both the domain knowledge test and the practical test.
- The result will be declared based on merit, requirements, and the reservation roster.
Application Process:
- A candidate can apply for a maximum of two posts, either for different positions or for a single position in multiple districts. However, they must belong to the same category (e.g., a Programmer can apply for Junior Software Developer but not for a Networking role).
