Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Must possess dictation skills at 100 words per minute (English) and transcription skills at 50 words per minute on computers.
Age Limit (As of 28th January 2025)
- Stenographers: Minimum 25 years
- Private Secretaries: Minimum 28 years
- Retired Government Employees: Maximum 62 years
Experience Requirement
- For Stenographers: Candidates must have at least three years of experience as a stenographer with the required skill norms.
- For Private Secretaries: Candidates should have prior experience in handling liaison work and coordination in reputed offices.

Salary Details
- Stenographers: ₹45,000 per month
- Private Secretaries: ₹50,000 per month

Selection Process
- Skill Test: Candidates will undergo a test for shorthand and typing proficiency.
- Interview: Those who qualify for the skill test will be called for an interview.
Note: No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the test or interview.
