Eligibility Criteria & Vacancies
A total of 55 vacancies are available for the Management Trainee post in different categories. The details of required qualifications, age limits, and salary are as follows:
- IT (20 Vacancies): Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology or an MCA.
- Actuarial (5 Vacancies): Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, or Operations Research.
- Generalist (30 Vacancies): Applicants must have graduated or post-graduated in any discipline.
The age limit for all categories is between 21 to 30 years as of 1st December 2024. Age relaxation is provided for SC, ST, OBC, and PwBD candidates as per government norms. The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of ₹60,000.
Selection Process
The selection process for the AIC Management Trainee position will consist of:
