Eligibility Criteria
1. System Analyst
Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Computer Applications / Computer Science / Information Technology OR
- Bachelor of Computer Applications / Computer Engineering / Computer Technology / Electronics & Communications Engineering from a recognized university.
Desirable Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development using PHP, JAVA, or ASP.Net.
- Experience in databases like MySQL, SQL, ORACLE, or POSTGRES in a Government office, PSU, or recognized institution.
2. Scientific Technical Assistant
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Applications / Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Communications Engineering from a recognized university.
Desirable Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in software development using PHP, JAVA, or ASP.Net.
- Experience in databases like MySQL, SQL, ORACLE, or POSTGRES in a Government office, PSU, or recognized institution.

Job Responsibilities
System Analyst
- Managing network & digital support (Internet, IP management, anti-virus, patch management).
- Web Application Firewall (WAF) and Cybersecurity implementation.
- Management of VLAN, Servers, and Switches.
- Website & Email services support.
- Software application development and maintenance of existing ED servers.
- NIC video conferencing support.
- Supervising Scientific Technical Assistants.
Scientific Technical Assistant
- Assisting in network & digital support (Internet, IP management, anti-virus, patch management).
- Web Application Firewall (WAF) and Cybersecurity implementation.
- VLAN, Server, and Switch management.
- Development & maintenance of software applications on ED servers.
- Email services support and NIC video conferencing assistance.

Remuneration
- System Analyst: ₹70,000 per month
- Scientific Technical Assistant: ₹55,000 per month

Terms & Conditions
- The contract is for 3 years, renewable annually (1st, 2nd, and 3rd year) based on performance.
- It is extendable up to 5 years as per official requirements.
- Selected candidates will need to sign a confidentiality agreement before appointment.
- Any breach of contract may lead to termination and disqualification from future engagements.
- Either party can terminate the contract with one month’s notice.
