Available Positions
1. Project Engineer / PS&O Executive (Cyber Security)
This role is focused on cybersecurity development, AI-powered security solutions, and backend programming.
- Number of Posts: 01
- Location: Mohali, Anywhere in India
- Age Limit: 45 years
- Educational Qualification:
- BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/PhD/Postgraduate in Science/Computer Application with a minimum of 60% or equivalent CGPA.
- Experience Required: 1 - 4 years
- Required Skills:
- Python programming, Machine Learning, Cyber Security
- Bash Scripting, Kali Linux, MySQL, Networking, Docker
- Troubleshooting, Documentation, and Presentation skills
- Job Responsibilities:
- Security Engineer – Working on cybersecurity tools and techniques.
- Backend Development – Developing security solutions using Python and AI.
- Research and implementation of security best practices.
- Salary: Minimum CTC ₹4.49 LPA (Candidates with higher experience will be offered a higher salary as per policy).

4. Project Manager / Program Manager (Quantum Computing)
This position requires an experienced professional to lead quantum computing projects, cybersecurity solutions, and advanced IT initiatives.

- Expertise in Cybersecurity, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, SOC, Honeypots
- Project Management, Leadership, Business Solutions Development
- Experience with Python, Java, ELK Stack, Kubernetes, Windows/Linux
- Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Security Operations Centre (SOC) solutions.
- Monitor cybersecurity events and implement security policies.
- Lead incident response and threat intelligence operations.
- Salary: ₹12.63 LPA – ₹22.9 LPA (Based on experience).

General Terms & Conditions
Contract Duration & Extensions:
- All positions are purely contractual for 1-3 years, extendable based on project requirements and performance.
- The selected candidates cannot claim permanent employment at C-DAC.
Age & Reservation:
- Upper age limits apply as specified for each post.
- Relaxation in age is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen as per Government of India norms.
Selection Process:
- Shortlisting based on academic performance, experience, and skills.
- A written test and/or interview may be conducted.
- Selection is at C-DAC’s discretion, and fulfilling minimum criteria does not guarantee selection.
