🔹 Position: Young Professional (YP)
🔹 Department: Management System Certification Department (MSCD)
🔹 Total Posts: 01
🔹 Contract Period: 2 Years (Fixed-term contract, not extendable)
🔹 Monthly Salary: ₹70,000/- (Fixed for 2 years)

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- Essential:
- Graduation in any discipline of Science/Engineering/BE/B.Tech from a recognized university.
- Regular MBA or equivalent in Marketing/Sales, Retail Management, Logistics and Supply Management, or Operations Management from a recognized university.
Minimum Marks Required:
- 60% (or equivalent CGPA) in qualifying degrees.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing or related fields (Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Management System Certification).
Age Limit:
- Must be below 35 years as of 09.02.2025.

Selection Process:
- Shortlisting based on educational qualification, experience, and details provided in the application.
- Shortlisted candidates will undergo:
- Practical assessment
- Written test
- Technical knowledge assessment
- Interview
- BIS reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.

Other Terms & Conditions:
✔ Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (May require overtime for urgent tasks).
✔ Leave Policy: 12 days of leave per year (Unavailed leave will neither be carried forward nor encashed).
✔ Travel & DA: If required for official duty, allowances will be paid as per Scientist-B/Assistant Director level officers of BIS.
✔ Contract Termination: Either party can terminate the contract with 30 days’ notice.
✔ Medical & Police Verification: Candidates must submit a Medical Fitness Certificate and undergo Police Verification before joining.
✔ Confidentiality & Conflict of Interest: The candidate must maintain strict confidentiality and avoid any conflicts of interest.
