Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Standard pass.
- Compulsory Certified Course: Craft course in Food Production, Bakery, or Cookery.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience or post-qualification apprenticeship in food production in a 3-star or 5-star hotel.
Age Limit:
- Maximum Age: Up to 27 years (as on the date of the walk-in interview).
- Age Relaxation: As per Government of India norms for SC/ST/OBC candidates.

General Conditions & Instructions:
- Age and experience will be considered as of the date of the walk-in interview.
- Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Government of India norms.
- Candidates must submit photocopies of the following documents at the time of the interview:
- Resume and two recent passport-size photographs.
- Date of Birth Proof – Birth Certificate/School Leaving Certificate/SSC passing certificate.
- Educational Qualification – Final examination mark sheets and passing certificates.
- Experience Certificates:
- Past Employment: Experience certificate with joining and relieving dates.
- Current Employment: Appointment letter and last pay slip.
- Identity Proof – Copy of PAN Card and Aadhaar Card.
- Candidates must carry original documents for verification.
- The appointment will be for one year or until the finalization of the permanent post, whichever is earlier.
- Candidates arriving before or after the scheduled reporting time will not be entertained.
- In case of a large number of applicants, a Multiple-Choice Question (MCQ) test may be conducted for shortlisting candidates for the interview.
- HBCH & RC reserves the right to:
- Fix minimum eligibility criteria.
- Restrict the number of candidates based on qualifications, marks, and experience.
- Modify or cancel the recruitment process without prior notice.
- Merely meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee selection.
- If any candidate is found ineligible at any stage, or if any false information is provided, their application will be rejected. If discovered after appointment, their services will be terminated.
- Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidate.
- Selected candidates may be rotated between HBCH, Sangrur, and HBCH & RC, New Chandigarh, Punjab, as per requirements. Accommodation will be provided subject to availability.
