Samagra Shiksha Chandigarh invites applications from qualified and eligible candidates for two (02) contractual positions of Academic Resource Persons for Career Counseling. The positions are offered on a contractual basis under Samagra Shiksha with a fixed monthly remuneration of ₹48,708/-.

Essential Qualifications:
Option A:
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduation with Psychology as an elective subject from a recognized university.
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Guidance and Counselling or PG Diploma in Guidance and Counselling from a Government/recognized institute.
- Experience:
Minimum 5 years of teaching or career and guidance counseling experience in a Government/Government-recognized institute, providing career, vocational, or educational counseling to students at schools.
Option B:
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduation with Psychology as an elective subject from a recognized university.
- Master’s degree in Psychology from a recognized university.
- Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Government/Government-recognized institute providing career, vocational, or educational counseling to students at schools.

Additional Requirement:
- A certificate of ICT Skill Course such as:
- Course on Computer Concepts (CCC, 80 hours) from a Government-recognized institution or a reputed institution certified with ISO 9001.
- Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses (DOEACC), Government of India, or NIELIT and its authorized institutions.

Age Limit:
- Maximum age limit is 45 years as of 01.01.2025.

Remuneration:
- ₹48,708 per month (Consolidated).

Tenure:
- Initial tenure: January 2025 to March 2025 (3 months).
- Extension: Further extendable for 1 year based on performance and approval of funds by the Project Approval Board (PAB).

- Interaction:

For Option B:

- Teaching/counseling experience must be duly countersigned by the District Education Officer (DEO) or the competent authority.
- For college-level teaching experience, certification must be countersigned by the Registrar of the affiliated University.
