Venue: Office of the Medical Superintendent, ESIC Model Hospital, Industrial Area Phase-II, Chandigarh
Reporting Time: 9:00 AM (Applications will be accepted strictly till 12:00 Noon)
The Medical Superintendent, ESIC Model Hospital, Chandigarh, invites eligible candidates for walk-in interviews for the following contractual positions:

A. Full-Time/Part-Time Specialists (3-Year Contract)
Eligibility:
- Degree/DNB or Diploma in the concerned specialty from a recognized university.
- Experience: 3 years post-PG Degree/DNB OR 5 years post-Diploma.
- Must be registered with the Central/State Medical Council.
Age: Not exceeding 67 years as on the date of the interview.
Vacancies & Categories:
- Radiology: 1 (UR)
- Pulmonary Medicine: 1 (UR)
- Dermatologist: 1 (UR)
Salary:
- Full-Time Specialist: ₹1,23,485/- per month (Consolidated).
- Part-Time Specialist: ₹60,000/- + ₹15,000/- (Emergency call allowance) + ₹800/- per additional hour beyond 16 hours/week.

B. Senior Residents (3-Year Contract under ESIC Residency Scheme)
Eligibility:
- MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/DNB or Diploma in the concerned specialty.
- Registration with Central/State Medical Council is mandatory.
- Candidates with 2 years of post-MBBS experience in the concerned specialty can also apply if no PG/Diploma candidates are available.
Age: Not exceeding 45 years (Relaxation as per rules).
Vacancies & Categories:
- Obs & Gynae: 2 (UR), 1 (ST), 1 (EWS), 2 (OBC)
- Pediatrics: 1 (UR)
- Medicine: 1 (UR)
- ENT: 1 (UR)
- Radiology: 1 (UR, horizontally reserved for PWD)
- Anesthesia: 1 (UR)
Salary:
- Basic Pay: ₹67,700/- in Level 11 of Pay Matrix + allowances.
- Deduction: ₹1,350/- (Diploma holders) or ₹2,250/- (no PG/Diploma).

C. Part-Time Homeopathy Physician (1-Year Contract)
Eligibility:
- Degree in Homeopathy from a recognized university.
- Enrolled on the Central/State Register of Homeopathy.
Age: Not exceeding 30 years (Relaxation as per rules).
Vacancies & Categories:
- Homeopathy Physician: 1 (UR)
Salary:
- ₹50,000/- per month (5 hours/day, 6 days/week).

Important Note:
- Candidates must report by 9:00 AM on the day of the interview.
- Late reporting (after 12:00 Noon) will not be entertained.
- Candidates will need to deposit a refundable security fee of ₹50,000/- upon selection.

- The appointment is purely contractual and does not guarantee permanent employment.
- Private practice is not allowed for Full-Time Specialists or Senior Residents.
