- Manager/Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager/Officer: CA, CMA, MBA in Finance.
- Engineer/Senior Engineer (Chemical - Ammonia/Urea/O&U): Degree in Chemical/Chemical Technology.
- Engineer/Senior Engineer (Mechanical): Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Engineer/Senior Engineer (Instrumentation): Degree in Instrumentation or related engineering fields.
Age Limit:
The age limits vary by position:
- Vice-President: Maximum 53 years as of 31st December 2024.
- Manager: Maximum 40 years as of 31st December 2024.
- Deputy Manager: Maximum 37 years as of 31st December 2024.
