Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- A Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent.
- Candidates must have proficiency in the Regional Language of the State/UT they are applying for.
Age Limit (As on December 1, 2024)
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years
- Candidates must have been born between December 2, 1994, and December 1, 2003 (both dates inclusive).
Age Relaxation
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen: Actual service rendered in defence forces + 3 years (max age: 45 years)
- Widows, Divorced Women, and Women Legally Separated: 5 years
- Existing Employees of NIACL: 5 years

Pay Scale
- Basic Pay: ₹23,500/- per month in the scale of ₹23,500 – ₹96,340.
- Additionally, allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other applicable benefits will be included.

Selection Process
The recruitment process will consist of two stages:
Tier I – Preliminary Examination (Objective Test):
- English Language: 30 Questions (30 Marks) – 20 Minutes
- Reasoning Ability: 35 Questions (35 Marks) – 20 Minutes
- Numerical Ability: 35 Questions (35 Marks) – 20 Minutes
- Total Marks: 100
- Duration: 1 Hour
Tier II – Main Examination (Objective Test):
- Reasoning: 40 Questions (50 Marks) – 30 Minutes
- English Language: 40 Questions (50 Marks) – 30 Minutes
- General Awareness: 40 Questions (50 Marks) – 20 Minutes
- Computer Knowledge: 40 Questions (50 Marks) – 20 Minutes
- Numerical Ability: 40 Questions (50 Marks) – 30 Minutes
- Total Marks: 250
- Duration: 2 Hours
Language Proficiency Test (LPT):
- Candidates shortlisted after the Main Examination will undergo an LPT to assess proficiency in the Regional Language of the State/UT applied for.
