Semiconductors and Optoelectronics Domain
- Scientist (UR - 7 posts, OBC - 4 posts, SC - 3 posts, ST - 1 post, EWS - 2 posts)
- Essential Qualifications:
- M.E./M.Tech in a relevant area such as Semiconductors or Optoelectronics
- OR Ph.D. (submitted) in any area of Science/Engineering related to Semiconductors and Optoelectronics
- Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
- Expertise in semiconductor device design, fabrication, and characterization.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Research and development in the semiconductor domain.
- Design, fabricate, and test semiconductor devices.
Microwaves and Communication Domain
- Scientist (UR - 7 posts, OBC - 4 posts, SC - 3 posts, ST - 1 post, EWS - 1 post)
- Essential Qualifications:
- M.E./M.Tech in a relevant area such as Microwaves or Communication
- OR Ph.D. (submitted) in any area of Science/Engineering related to Microwaves and Communication
- Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
- Hands-on experience in RF and Microwave component/system design, fabrication, and characterization.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Engage in research related to RF and Microwave systems.
- Design, fabricate, and test microwave devices and systems.

Eligibility Criteria
General Eligibility
- Candidates must meet the Essential Qualification and Desirable Qualification (if any) specific to each post.
