Internship Details
Role: Software Development Intern
Location: SAS Nagar, Punjab
Stipend: βΉ15,000/- per month
Duration: Up to 6 months

Eligibility
- Pursuing B.E. / B.Tech / MCA in CSE or other relevant disciplines as required.
- Minimum 60% marks in previous semesters.
- Passionate about learning and contributing to innovative IT projects.

Key Responsibilities
Interns will gain hands-on experience in the development and management of cutting-edge IT and e-Governance projects.
Some specific tasks include:
- Developing solutions like chatbots, face recognition systems, service auto-suggestion engines, real-time dashboards, and more.
- Working with technologies like AI/ML, NLP, databases (SQL & NoSQL), and web application development.
- Collaborating with development teams on projects such as Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS) and e-Sewa.

Technical Skills Required
AI/ML and NLP
- Strong fundamentals in AI/ML algorithms and techniques.
- Programming proficiency in Python; familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
- Experience with NLP tasks (text classification, named entity recognition) using tools like NLTK, SpaCy, etc.
Database Management
- Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL DBMS (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Familiarity with data modeling, performance tuning, and database tools like phpMyAdmin or MySQL Workbench.
- Hands-on experience with database optimization, backup strategies, and scaling solutions.
Web Application Development
- Frontend: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular.
- Backend: Familiarity with server-side languages like Python, Node.js, C#, and API development.
- Understanding of responsive design and UI/UX principles.
Version Control and CI/CD
- Knowledge of Git for version control (branching, merging, pull requests).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins is a plus.
