Job Description:
IISER Mohali invites applications from Advocates registered with the Bar Council of India for empanelment to represent and assist the institute in various Courts, Tribunals, and Forums for three years. Advocates representing petitioners in cases where IISER Mohali or its Board of Governors/Director is listed as a respondent will not be considered.

Terms and Conditions:
- As prescribed by the Ministry of Law and Justice OM No. 26(1)2014/judl. dated 01.10.2015.
- Payment will be as per the rates outlined in the said OM.
Selection Process:
- From the empanelled advocates, the Institute may retain one advocate as its Legal Retainer on a yearly basis.
- Shortlisting criteria may be applied to limit the number of candidates.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in representing CFTIs (Centrally Funded Technical Institutions) will be considered advantageous.
- Only candidates meeting the specified criteria will be considered.
