Position Details, Qualifications, Salary, and Job Descriptions
1. Dy. Terminal Manager-Passenger
- Qualifications: Graduate with 18 years of experience or MBA with 15 years of experience in passenger handling with an airline, airport operator, or BCAS-approved ground handler. Minimum of 6 years in a managerial role.
- Salary: ₹60,000 per month
- Upper Age Limit: 55 years
- Job Role: Supervise terminal operations, coordinate manpower requirements, ensure compliance with flight handling reports, attend OTP/Delay meetings, monitor KPI/SPI, maintain grooming standards, and handle audits and assignments.
2. Duty Manager
- Qualifications: Graduate with 16 years of experience in passenger handling. At least 4 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Salary: ₹45,000 per month
- Upper Age Limit: 55 years
- Job Role: Oversee terminal activities, manage manpower, coordinate with airlines and agencies, monitor shift reports, attend OTP/Delay meetings, and ensure completion of flight handling reports.
3. Deputy Manager-Ramp/Maintenance
- Qualifications: Graduate with 18 years of experience, or BE in relevant fields with 13 years, or Diploma in Engineering with 18 years. MBA holders need 15 years of experience in ramp handling/equipment maintenance.
- Salary: ₹60,000 per month
- Upper Age Limit: 55 years
- Job Role: Manage ramp operations, ensure safety, monitor flight handling reports, maintain equipment, ensure grooming standards, and handle audits and assignments.
4. Duty Officer-Passenger
- Qualifications: Graduate with 12 years of experience in passenger handling, including 4 years in a managerial role.
- Salary: ₹32,200 per month
- Upper Age Limit: 50 years
- Job Role: Act as Duty Officer, ensure compliance with SGHA/SLA requirements, coordinate with government agencies, manage shift reports, and handle audits.
5. Jr. Officer-Technical
- Qualifications: BE in relevant engineering fields. Must have a valid LMV license and obtain an HMV license within 12 months.
- Salary: ₹29,760 per month

- Job Role: Supervise flight handling, ensure safety compliance, manage manpower, position/remove GSE, and coordinate operational activities.
6. Customer Service Executive / Jr. Customer Service Executive

- Salary: CSE: ₹24,960 per month, Jr. CSE: ₹21,270 per month

- Job Role: Handle check-in, ticket reservations, boarding, and other terminal functions to ensure passenger satisfaction.
7. Handyman
- Qualifications: SSC/10th Standard Pass with knowledge of English, local language, and Hindi.
- Salary: ₹18,840 per month
- Upper Age Limit: 28 years (OBC: 31 years, SC/ST: 33 years)
- Job Role: Perform baggage/cargo loading, cabin cleaning, assist technicians, and provide wheelchair assistance.
8. Ramp Service Executive
- Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Production or ITI with NCTVT in relevant trades. Must possess a valid HMV license.
- Salary: ₹24,960 per month

- Job Role: Operate GSE, conduct inspections, handle baggage/cargo, marshal aircraft, and ensure apron area safety.

Selection Procedure

General Conditions
- Contract Period: Fixed Term Contract of 3 years, renewable based on performance.
- Age Relaxation: As per Government rules.
- Reservation: SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Servicemen/EWS reservation as per Government directives.
- Travel Reimbursement: Eligible SC/ST candidates residing beyond 80 km and unemployed are entitled to travel reimbursement for interviews.
