Position Overview
- Position: Scientist B (Level 10)
- Employment Type: Contractual, initially for 5 years, extendable based on performance until age 60.

Bangalore
Domains: Quantum Computing, HPC Software, Cyber-Physical Systems (Embedded Systems & IoT), VLSI Design
Quantum Computing
- Skills Required: Proficiency in quantum system software, firmware design, embedded programming, quantum cryptography, and quantum algorithms.
- Responsibilities: Maintain and troubleshoot superconducting quantum computing systems, design technical solutions for quantum control, and work on hybrid computing applications. Involves system documentation, research, and implementation of quantum cryptographic protocols.
HPC Software
- Skills Required: Strong in C/C++ programming, parallel programming (MPI, OpenMP), Linux system programming, HPC resource management, and containerization.
- Responsibilities: Develop and optimize high-performance software, including BIOS and Linux kernels. Tasks include profiling, debugging, application porting, and managing HPC schedulers, as well as software testing and deployment.
Cyber-Physical Systems (Embedded Systems & IoT)

Age Limit & Relaxations
- General Age Limit: 30 years as of the last date of application
