Overview
Yantra India Limited (YIL) invites applications from Indian citizens for the engagement of Trade Apprentices (58th Batch) under the Trade Apprentices Act 1961, supporting the Skill India Mission. Approximately 3,883 apprentice positions are open, with 2,498 vacancies for ITI candidates and 1,385 for Non-ITI candidates across various Ordnance Factories in India. Note: Applicants who previously applied on the government portal must reapply on YIL’s portal. Candidates with a National Apprentice Certificate (NAC) are not eligible.

Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (as of the closing date):
- Minimum: 14 years for general trades; 18 years for trades in hazardous industries.
- Maximum: 35 years.
Educational Qualifications (as of the closing date):
- Non-ITI Candidates: Class X pass with at least 50% marks and 40% in Mathematics and Science.
- ITI Candidates: Passed relevant trade test from NCVT/SCVT with a minimum of 50% marks in both ITI and Class X.
