- Eligibility: Postgraduate in Social Work, Sociology, Human Rights, Public Administration, Psychology, Psychiatry, Law, Public Health, or Community Resource Management with 3 years’ experience in documentation, training, and project management in the Women & Child Development sector.

2. Resident Superintendent – Shakti Sadan (Sec-43, Chandigarh):

- Eligibility: Master’s in Law, Social Work, Sociology, or Psychology with 5 years’ experience in women-related areas and 1-year counseling experience.
