Deputy General Manager (Flight Operations & Safety):
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University and a Flight Safety Course from a recognized Institute.
- Experience: A Pilot of fighter aircraft background (either Ex-Servicemen or Serving Officer) from IAF with the rank of Group Captain or equivalent in the Indian Navy or Coast Guard. Flying experience on aircraft such as SU-30, LCA, Jaguar, Hawk, Kiran, UAV Aircraft and command experience of a Squadron. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Flight Safety Directorate at Air HQ or Command HQ.
- Age Limit: Maximum 47 years as of the last date of application.
- Posting Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Manager (Integrated Material Management):
- Qualification: Degree in Engineering/Technology from Institutes/Universities recognized by appropriate Statutory Authorities.

Officer (Company Secretariat):

Fire Officer:
- Qualification: Either (a) Bachelor’s Degree in Fire Engineering from National Fire Service College (NFSC), Nagpur, or equivalent, or (b) Science Graduate with 60% aggregate marks and Divisional Officers Course from National Fire Service College, Nagpur, or CISF Fire Service Training Institute.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience (for qualification under Part A) or 5 years of experience (for qualification under Part B), with at least 2 years in a supervisory role not below the rank of Inspector (Fire) or equivalent.

Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years.

Pay Scales and Remuneration:
- Grade II: Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000
- Grade III: Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000
