4. Pay Scale:
- Graduate Engineer Trainee: ₹22,000 per month.
- Diploma Engineer Trainee: ₹18,000 per month.
5. Application Fee:

6. Selection Process:
The selection will be based on an online test. The test structure is as follows:
Test of Professional Knowledge: 50 questions, 110 marks.
Test of General Knowledge, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and Marathi Language:
General Knowledge: 40 questions, 20 marks.
Reasoning: 20 questions, 10 marks.
Quantitative Aptitude: 20 questions, 10 marks.
Total: 130 questions for 150 marks in a composite time of 120 minutes.
7. Important Points:
- Qualification Validity: Degrees and diplomas should be obtained from a recognized university/institution.
- Experience Criteria: Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of service experience in a technical cadre within the company.
- Equivalent Qualifications: Part-time diplomas or degrees acquired by employees are considered equivalent for recruitment.
- Contractual Experience: Experience of contractual employees like Vidyut Sahayyak/Upkendra Sahayyak will be considered.
