Applications are invited for the following positions under a research project entitled “SANKALP-Strengthening Program Implementation and Monitoring to Achieve the Single Digit Neonatal Mortality”. All positions are contractual and will be based on project duration and satisfactory performance.

1. Driver/Field Attendant
- Duration: 12 months (extendable upon satisfactory performance)
- Number of Posts: 1
- Qualifications:
- Essential:
- 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent in any stream from a recognized board.
- Minimum 6 years of proven experience in driving heavy/light motor vehicles.
- Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience driving light/heavy motor vehicles or transport vehicles in the government sector or other sectors.
- Candidate must possess a valid Heavy Transport Vehicle (HTV) license.
- Comfortable working long hours in rural field settings.
- Emoluments: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.

2. Enumerator / Field Investigator
- Duration: 12 months (extendable upon satisfactory performance)
- Number of Posts: 2
- Qualifications:
- Essential:
- Graduation in any stream from a recognized university with minimum 3 years of experience in field investigations or community-based research projects.
- Post-Graduation in any stream with minimum 1 year of experience in community-based research projects or a community setting.
- Desirable:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in Hindi and Punjabi.
- Comfortable working long hours in a rural field setting.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Willingness to travel to various parts of Ambala district 4-5 days a week.
- Flexible work hours.
- Emoluments: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.

3. Data Scientist

- Number of Posts: 1
- Qualifications:
- Essential:
- Postgraduate degree in Statistics/Biostatistics with minimum 5 years of experience as a Statistician.
- Experience in advanced statistical analysis, including multilevel modeling, Bayesian analysis.
- Proficiency in statistical software such as SAS, SPSS, STATA.
- Experience with electronic data capture tools (e.g., REDCap) and analyzing longitudinal data from large, randomized trials or epidemiological studies.
- Emoluments: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
