Post Details

1. Project Technical Support III (Admin & Accounts)

Emoluments: ₹34,720/- per month (Consolidated)
Qualifications:
- Essential:
- M.Com with 1 year of experience in accounts and administration, OR
- B.Com with 2 years of experience in accounts and administration.
- Skills Required:
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare Utilization Certificates, Statements of Expenditure (SoE), and budgets.
- Oversee procurement of goods, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Maintain records and files for financial transactions, procurement, and administrative documents.
- Travel as required for work-related tasks.
- Assist in project administration and accounting tasks.
- Handle various office tasks, demonstrating good organizational and multitasking abilities.
