Punjab State e-Governance Society (PSeGS) under the Department of Governance Reforms & Public Grievances, Punjab, is seeking eligible candidates for various positions purely on a contract basis. The positions are open for various technical, finance, and human resource roles.
Vacancy Details
Manager (Technical): 2 vacancies, ₹65,000 per month
- Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech. / B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science/Electronics) or BCA with minimum 50% marks. Preference for candidates with MBA/PGDM/PGDBM/PGP in Management.
- Experience: 6 years in Information Technology.
Manager (Human Resources): 1 vacancy, ₹65,000 per month
- Qualification: BBA/PGDM/PGDBM in HR with minimum 50% marks.
- Experience: 6 years in Human Resources & Personnel Management.
Manager (Finance): 1 vacancy, ₹65,000 per month
- Qualification: BBA/B.Com/PGDM/PGDBM in Finance, or CA.
- Experience: 6 years in Finance.
Deputy Manager (Technical): 4 vacancies, ₹40,000 per month
- Qualification: B.E./B. Tech./B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science/Electronics) or BCA with minimum 50% marks.
- Experience: 3 years in Information Technology.
District IT Manager (DITM): 5 vacancies, ₹40,000 per month
- Qualification: B.E./B. Tech./B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science/Electronics) or BCA with minimum 50% marks.
- Experience: 3 years in Information Technology.
Assistant District IT Manager (ADITM): 5 vacancies, ₹35,000 per month
- Qualification: B.E./B. Tech./B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science/Electronics) or BCA with minimum 50% marks.
- Experience: 2 years in Information Technology.
Assistant Manager (Technical): 4 vacancies, ₹35,000 per month
- Qualification: B.E./B. Tech./B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science/Electronics) or BCA with minimum 50% marks.
- Experience: 2 years in Information Technology.
Assistant Manager (Finance): 1 vacancy, ₹35,000 per month
- Qualification: BBA/B.Com/PGDM/PGDBM in Finance, or CA.

Eligibility Criteria
- Language: Working knowledge of Punjabi is essential for all positions.
- Age: Maximum age limit is 37 years as of 01/01/2024.
- For SC/BC categories, a 5-year age relaxation applies.
- Ex-servicemen: Age relaxation equivalent to the length of military service, plus an additional 3 years.

Selection Process
Written Test: 50 questions in 60 minutes (2 marks for each question, no negative marking).
Weightage: 60%
Additional Relevant Experience:
- For each completed year of additional relevant experience beyond the required, 1 mark will be awarded (up to 10 marks).
Weightage: 10%
Experience in Government of Punjab:
- For each year of relevant experience in Government of Punjab, 1 mark (up to 5 marks).
Weightage: 5%
Experience in Other State Government:
- For each year of relevant experience in Centre/State Government, 1 mark (up to 5 marks).
Weightage: 5%
Oral Technical Evaluation: 10%
Final Interview: 10%
