6. Experience Requirements:
Deputy Manager (Systems) – Project Management & Delivery
- Experience Required: At least 4 years of post-qualification experience in software development, including experience in Java, Web technologies, Oracle PL/SQL, BI Development, and API Testing.
Deputy Manager (Systems) – Infra Support & Cloud Operations
- Experience Required: Minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience in IT infrastructure management, including cloud administration, database management, and IT security.
Deputy Manager (Systems) – Networking Operations
- Experience Required: 4 years of post-qualification experience in networking, including managing network security devices like firewalls, IPS/DDOS appliances, etc.
Deputy Manager (Systems) – IT Architect
- Experience Required: 4 years of post-qualification experience in IT architecture, cloud development, software engineering, and DevOps practices.
Deputy Manager (Systems) – Information Security
- Experience Required: At least 4 years of post-qualification experience in IT risk management and information security, with strong knowledge of risk management frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and COBIT.
Assistant Manager (System)
- No prior experience is required, but relevant certifications and skills are preferred.
7. Age Limit:
Deputy Manager (Systems)
- Minimum Age: 25 years
- Maximum Age: 35 years (as on June 30, 2024)
Assistant Manager (System)
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years (as on June 30, 2024)
Note: Age relaxations will be applicable for reserved categories as per Government of India norms.
8. Selection Process:
Deputy Manager (Systems):
- The selection process involves shortlisting and a tiered interaction/interview. The number of tiers and the structure of the interview will be decided by the bank.
Assistant Manager (System):
- Online Written Test: Consists of General Aptitude and Professional Knowledge sections.
- General Aptitude: Test of Reasoning (15 marks), Quantitative Aptitude (15 marks), English Language (20 marks).
- Professional Knowledge (IT Knowledge): 60 questions (100 marks).
- Interview: Candidates who qualify the written test will be shortlisted for an interview.
9. Probation & Bond:
- Deputy Manager (Systems): Probation period of one year.
- Assistant Manager (System): Candidates will have to execute a bond of ₹2,00,000 to serve the bank for a minimum period of 5 years.
