HARTRON invites online applications for the updation of its panel of Computer Professionals on a job-work basis as per the State Reservation Policy. The positions are available across various districts in Haryana.

Important Notes:
- Reapplication Restriction: Candidates whose names appear in the result dated 26.07.2024 for any district are not eligible to apply again for the respective district.
- District Application Limit: Candidates may apply for a maximum of two districts.

- Examination Centres: HMSDC, Gurugram & Ambala
- Admit Card Download: From 04.09.2024 onwards
- Tentative Exam Date: From 09.09.2024 onwards
- Panel Validity: The panel will be valid for two years from the date of result publication on HARTRON’s website.
Please Note: Clearing the test and making it to the panel does not guarantee deployment. Candidates will be deployed based on the confirmed requirement from the indenting organization.
Eligibility Criteria:
Position: Data Entry Operator
Required Qualification/Experience:
- 10+2 (with 50% marks) or Graduation and ‘O’ Level or One Year Computer Course, or
- Three Years Diploma in any stream/BCA/B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), or
- Matric (50% marks) with Two Years Diploma in Office Management and Computer Applications, or
- Post Matric One Year ITI Course in Stenography/NCVT in Stenography (with 60% marks).
- Data Punching Speed: 9000 key depressions per hour or 150 key depressions per minute (30 words per minute).
- Remuneration: ₹18,000 per month
Reservation Policy:
- Reservation Benefits: The benefit of reservation to the persons of reserved categories will be as per Haryana Government instructions.
- Documentation: Candidates claiming reservation benefits must ensure they have the supporting documents as of the last date of application submission.
- Verification: All reservations will be verified based on the supporting documents provided.
Special Instructions:
- Compensatory Time for PwD: As per guidelines, compensatory time will be provided for eligible candidates.
- Rule Changes: HARTRON reserves the right to modify or cancel any or all the positions based on the requirement.
- Merit-Based Appointment: Appointment will be merit-based, and fulfilling eligibility does not guarantee deployment.
- Regular Updates: Candidates must regularly visit the HARTRON website for updates as no individual communication will be made.
