Essential Qualifications:
- Educational:
- Master’s degree in Archaeology, Indian History (with Ancient/Medieval Indian History), Anthropology (with stone-age Archaeology), or Geology (with Pleistocene Geology).
- Postgraduate/Advanced Diploma in Archaeology of at least one year OR Field experience of at least three years in Archaeology.
- Desirable: Doctorate in Archaeology, Indian History, Anthropology, or Geology.
Duties:
- Documentation of antiquities
- Village to Village Survey of antiquarian remains
- Drawing of inspection notes
- Delegated financial and administrative responsibilities
- Ensuring protection against encroachment and vandalism of monuments
- Conducting exploration and excavation
- Supervision of conservation work
Other Details:
- Nature of Post: Permanent, General Central Service Group “A” Gazetted, Non-Ministerial.
- Headquarters: New Delhi with a liability to serve anywhere in India.
- Conditions: Subject to National Pension System (NPS) and pending OA No. 1114/2024 in the Hon’ble CAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi.

- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/Institute.
- At least one year experience as DGCA approved Safety and Emergency Procedure (SEP) Instructor.
Duties:
- Certification of Air Operator as per CAP 3100
- Continuous management and surveillance of AOP
- Other duties as assigned by DGCA officials

- Nature of Post: Permanent, General Central Service Group “A” Gazetted, Non-Ministerial.
- Headquarters: Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Aurobindo Marg, New Delhi with All India Service Liability.
- Conditions: Governed by New Pension Scheme (NPS) w.e.f. 01.01.2004. Newly inducted officers will undergo induction and on-the-job training.
