- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education
- OR 12th with 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education
- OR 12th with 4 years B.EI.Ed
- OR 12th with Diploma in Education
- OR BA/B.Sc./B.Com and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education.
- Must have qualified HTET/STET.
- Age Limit: 18-42 years
- Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
