Skills & Essential Qualification:
- The candidate should be a Graduate from a recognized University.
- A minimum of a 6-month computer course is required.
- Candidates with experience in public dealing/customer care support will be preferred.
Selection Criteria:
- Selection will be based on a Test and Interview.
- Candidates who clear the online test will be eligible to appear for the interview.
- Final selection will be based on the interview.
Important Instructions:
Candidates need to upload their Resume/CV along with all relevant supporting scan copies (self-attested) as ONE comprehensive document in PDF format. The documents should include:
- Proof of Date of Birth
- Educational/Qualifications Certificates
Note: Scanned documents should be readable and in English, Hindi, or Punjabi. If the documents are in another language, a translation must be provided.
Creating Bench Strength of CCEs:
Application Procedure:
- Candidates can apply only through the online application form available on spicindia.com and must pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500/- online through debit/credit card or Internet Banking.
- Payment settlement may require up to 48 hours. If payment confirmation is not received within this period, please do not make another payment before the completion of the settlement period.
- The application fee once paid will not be refunded.
- Candidates need to upload a scanned copy of a recent photograph (up to 50kb) and signature (up to 50kb) along with a soft copy of their resume (Doc/Pdf).
After Successful Online Payment:
- Upon successful payment, the application form will be submitted.
- Candidates must take a printout of the form, attach their photograph, and bring it with them to the Test & Interview.
- Only online applications will be entertained. Incorrect or wrong entries will be the responsibility of the candidate.
Unique Application ID:
- Every successful submission will be allotted a unique Application ID printed on the application form, which will include the details filled by the candidate along with receipt details.
- All future communication will be based on this Application ID.
- Affix a passport-size photograph in the space provided on the printed application form.
- Candidates are required to take a printout of the application form to be submitted at the SPIC office at the time of the Test & Interview.
- The application form can be regenerated through a link provided in the auto-generated confirmation email.
Communication:
- Shortlisted candidates will be notified for the Test & Interview date, time, and venue through email. Therefore, candidates must provide their correct email addresses.
Contract Basis:
- This post is on a contract basis. In case of a large number of applications, SPIC reserves the right to evaluate the resumes and call only a few candidates for the test.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Test & Interview.
Note:
- Candidates already deployed through SPIC will not be considered for any post in other departments.
